The structural specialist will be based in Japan, handling the Seismic and Structural Analysis of Nuclear Structures for SMR (Small Modular Reactor).

  • Seismic and Structural Analysis of Nuclear Structures for SMR (Small Modular Reactor)

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct finite-element modelling, analysis, and post processing for buildings/civil structures
  • Ability to use ANSYS Mechanical APDL
  • Knowledge of harmonic analysis for structures
  • Knowledge of ACI349, ANSI/AISC N690, ASCE4, 43 and 7 would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of soil-structure interaction analysis would be advantageous
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
